Our Hiring Process

Apply:

Take time to read through our website to get to know our company, values and services. Then share your resume and cover letter. If it fits with the role, you might like to share your portfolio too.

Assess:

Once you’ve passed the internal review, we’ll send you a test project. Nothing scary we promise. Just a simple test to assess your technical capabilities and interpersonal skills.

Interview:

  • Time to make an impression:

The interview could take place in person, over the phone, or on a Zoom call. This will give you a chance to know more about yourself and your past experiences. It’ll also help you clear any lingering
questions

Culture Fit:

  • Do you pass the vibe check?

We’ll ask to chat with 2 references, it helps if at least one of them is a previous manager. We’ll also orient you to our culture and you might get to meet a future teammate.
